Our Story
For over 20 years, Viva Event Hire has been helping families, friends, and communities across Melbourne bring their most memorable moments to life.
What began with a single marquee and a handful of tables and chairs has grown into one of Melbourne’s most trusted family-owned event hire companies, with a dedicated team, a warehouse full of party essentials, and a passion for making celebrations seamless.

Adrian is the Owner and Director of Viva Event Hire. With over 30 years in the industry, he oversees all aspects of the business and plays a hands-on role
in bringing events to life. Known for his strong relationships with clients and deep
understanding of their needs, Adrian leads the business with experience, vision, and a
commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Carlo Viavattene
Operations Manager
Carlo is central to the daily operations, from packing trucks and preparing hire items, to delivering and setting up on-site. He’s often the main point of
contact at events, overseeing setups and ensuring everything runs seamlessly from
bump in to bump out.

Stacey Kirkwood
Events Office Manager
Stacey is the heart of the office at Viva Event Hire. As Office Manager, she knows the ins and outs of every event and supports clients from the first enquiry to
the final pack-down. She’s the go-to for major event bookings, and with her sharp
attention to detail and can-do attitude, she always finds a way to make things run
smoothly no matter the challenge.

Events Office Assistant
Ariel is the Events Office Assistant at Viva Event Hire. She brings a fresh perspective to the team and is the first point of contact for all residential enquiries. Working closely with Stacey, Ariel supports day-to-day operations and helps ensure every client interaction feels smooth, friendly, and well looked after.

Marketing Manager
Holly is the creative force behind Viva Event Hire’s marketing. With a background in graphic design and strategy, she looks after everything from social media
and content creation to campaigns and branding. She also works on custom event
theming – designing unique concepts tailored to each occasion and collaborating closely
with clients to bring their vision to life.

Viva Event Hire organised a marquee and associated gear (dance floor, bar tables, stools) for our house party.
